I think I'm in love with a terrible anime. I'm two episodes in to Galaxy Railways. It's playing softly in the background right now.
Imagine this: A far off future or parallel universe where people travel through space on trains. The trains ride on a fixed track through the universe, moving full steam ahead from place to place.
Oddly, and I can't figure out why, these trains are pretty vulnerable to attack. So a league of defenders/conductors must protect them. Apparently, it is a very dangerous job because these people are dying left and right.
I guess this whole story could have been avoided if they had built spaceships instead of space trains, but then I wouldn't have so much fun!
